Where is our data held?
Each organisation gets its own dedicated server in the UK. JARIS uses read-only Microsoft permissions and never changes your tenant.
Which AI does JARIS use?
You choose: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or GitHub Models, using your own key held securely on your server. Chat history stays in your browser.
Do we need Microsoft Sentinel or Defender?
No. Identity and Compliance work with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. The JARIS Agent scans devices directly, and Defender data is added where you have it.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual plans get two months free.
Can we add modules later?
Yes. Add a module at any time and it lights up straight away through the same connection.
